Sara Krause was destined to be around horses since she was four-years old; she’d even draw them before she knew what they really were. Sara’s parents knew that she was horse-crazy and decided to put her in riding lessons when she turned nine. Sara fell in love, and has ridden ever since. When she was twelve, her parents bought Sara her first horse, an Arabian gelding,  by the name of Sundance. Only months later, Sara received a call from her neighbors wanting to take riding lessons. Sara of course was thrilled at the idea of giving lessons, so she started teaching the neighborhood kids when she was only twelve. As the years progressed, Sara began teaching more than just her neighbors…

It is amazing how Sara’s dream of one day owning a horse turned into something so much bigger than she ever could have imagined. Sara is now a CHA Certified Level II riding instructor specializing in both English & Western riding types, as well as jumping. She now owns and manages a small boarding and training facility in Bonsall, and owns three horses of her own. Sara is thrilled to now be training at Fallbrook Silver Spurs, and hopes to see all of you at the field, or in the show ring.
